Athlete Release of Liability Waiver
Athlete Release of Liability Waiver: I/We, the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the above-named child who applied for participation in the athletic activities of GNWCFL Organization hereby give my/our consent to his/her participation in any and all activities of the North American Junior Independent Football Federation herein, also known as NAJIFF, and its affiliates during the ensuing year. I/We assume all risks, liabilities, and hazards which are incidental to the conduct of such activities; including any and all transportation. I/We hereby agree to, indemnify and hold the GNWCFL Organization and NAJIFF, its respective designees, and officers’ successors and assign harmless from against all liability, claims, damage, judgments, cost, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in connection to any injury to my/our child I/We am/are the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the above-mentioned child and agree with the terms of this release.
